Abstract

Bencana banjir merupakan ancaman hidrometeorologi paling persisten di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, Provinsi Aceh, yang secara periodik menimbulkan kerugian material dan non-material yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola sebaran banjir dan mengklasifikasikan tingkat kerentanan wilayah menggunakan pendekatan data mining dengan algoritma K-Means Clustering serta visualisasi data berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS). Data penelitian mencakup catatan kejadian banjir selama sepuluh tahun terakhir, data curah hujan dari BMKG, dan parameter biofisik wilayah yang bersumber dari Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Aceh (BPBA) dan BPBD Pidie Jaya. Hasil analisis pengelompokan divalidasi menggunakan Silhouette Index untuk memastikan optimalitas klaster yang terbentuk. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa wilayah hilir, khususnya Kecamatan Meureudu dan Bandar Baru, secara konsisten masuk ke dalam klaster risiko tinggi akibat akumulasi limpasan permukaan dan kapasitas sungai yang tidak memadai. Visualisasi data memberikan wawasan spasial mengenai zona bahaya yang memerlukan prioritas mitigasi. Analisis ini menyimpulkan bahwa perubahan penggunaan lahan dari hutan menjadi kawasan terbuka dan pemukiman telah meningkatkan koefisien limpasan secara signifikan. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup penguatan sistem peringatan dini dan normalisasi daerah aliran sungai sebagai langkah mitigasi strategis bagi pemerintah daerah.
